We work closely in the beginning stages with the homeowner/landscape architect to have a clear understanding of project scope, budget, schedule and what your goals are. We want to have clear expectations for the project and make sure we are all good fit.

We strive to provide clear and consistent updates throughout the project. We utilize our close relationships with suppliers, vendors and subcontractors to execute the visions of our homeowners. We work tirelessly to keep the information from our homeowners flowing between the architect, designer and builder. Craftsmanship, quality and clear communication are key to successful builds.

We offer regular maintenance programs for our clients which automate regularly scheduled maintenance to your landscape components and keep your landscape in perfect working order

We uniquely design each project to match the needs of our clients. This includes design aesthetic, budget and expectations for the outdoor space. We research and collect inspirational photos and material samples for preliminary concept-design presentation.

We review architectural drawings or the existing outdoor space and work on developing a design style and concept.

After the initial presentation, our in house design team starts working on the interior design set which will include:

Mood board with outdoor furniture selections, hardscape, and plant palette.

Schedule for selections of outdoor furniture selections, hardscape, and plants.

Gather samples, schedule visits with vendors and finalize material selections.

We make regular job site visits to assist with all design related installations and quality control. We communicate with the contractor on timely delivery of all materials needed.

We want your contractor to be able to perform at their best for you and that requires updated plans whenever changes take place.

With our extensive background in landscape construction, we are there as a resource for the contractor and assist with all construction/design questions for implementing unique design features for the project.
